I pre-ordered on the PS3 Store (stupid, should have done it from Origin - better bonuses).
I only received the option to download the 4MB theme and no instructions on how/when to download the full game.

Isn't one objective of the pre-order to enable you to download the game before launch and start playing at midnight when the servers go up?

When will the 10GB game file be available for download?

If everyone is downloading this 10GB file at the same time, I am betting there will be some serious throughput issues, lag, latency, blah blah blah.

Any help or suggestions are welcomed
