Hey I finally got a PC which can run Fallout 3 on max setting, and I was about to buy it when I saw 'Fallout 3 is not optimized for Windows 7' on the steam store page.
What does this mean? Will it work on my Window 7 computer?

It needs to be installed in a non stock location is really about all the issue is. Junctions are needed to for full integration into Steam but that is not needed to play the game.
