A Request to EA and Crytek Regarding Disappearing Game

Dear EA/Crytek:

I am going to make this message short and to the point.

I am one of the paying customers who was able to play Crysis 3 late yesterday only to login to Origin today and find the game missing. I don't know if my progress was lost or not, but at this point, I am assuming it was. I know, once all the dust settles, this is going to be due to some glitch somewhere, and I know that you are working as quickly as possible to remedy the situation. However, this is a major inconvenience for a premium priced product, and I hope you will consider offering the community a gift of some sort down the road as a token of your appreciation of our patience? Perhaps some free DLC or the like?

I only ask this because I am a major fan of the series, and I know I am not alone in having scheduled the end of my day yesterday and the early hours of today around playing Crysis 3, only to have the experience tainted by the current glitch. Now, not only have I possibly lost my progress in the game, but having the game disappear means that taking today off from work was pointless.

Please consider this request. Thanks for your time.
