Base of Operations - Repconn Mission Control
Area of control - from the southern edge of Texas (east of the Brazos) up north to the southern edge of Highway 8 (the outer loop on the map)

The Houston Survivors -
Base of Operations - Houston Town Hall
Area of Control - All area within the loop of Highway 8

Galves' Elites -
Base of Operations - The San Louis Hotel
Area of Control - The Island of Galveston
