I'm sorry if this question has been posted. I tried searching the internet and the forums here and could not find it, maybe my wording might be wrong.

When Cell agents send out decoys in Hunter mode, how the heck do you do it? I've tried asking in game but nobody answers.

I feel like this is such a noob question, but I can't figure it out, been trying since beta!
