As a tribute to the series in general, and possibly promote Bethesda releases, how about a real life "Fallout" theme restaurant, where you can eat real life versions of Fallout food (they WON'T serve dog meat though)

The interior could be decorated to look dilapidated, and the servers could dress up as Fallout characters.

Oh, and I forgot to mention, this restaurant would have very good music from the game...
