Performance issues on FX8350/GTX670

Post » Sat Feb 23, 2013 8:25 am

Hi, must say its a really amazing game but i have some serious performance issues.

I use:

AMD FX 8350 @ 4.0 GHz (with turbo core) - tested without turbo core @ 4.2 GHz
Asus GTX 670 DC2 "Top" runs @ 1300 core clock / Driverversion 314.07
Corsair 8 GB DDR3 @ 1866 MHz
Power Supply is 600W 80+ http://www.coolermaster.de/product.php?product_id=6769
Most parts use Watercooling so no temperature issues and drivers are up to date
All running on Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64Bit

I play @ 1920x1080 - Very High - 16xAF - 2xSMAA but get only 25-30 FPS in Singleplayer.
I have read many Benches from Pc Games to AMD and else and all say the same, with
these settings my game should run @ 40-45 FPS. I havent tested the Beta Driver 313.96
yet and im sure most Benchmarks uses the 313.96 ill test it later.

A little bit confused about CPU usage..... because it is most at the time only 20-40% like

Core1: 71% Core2: 43% Core3: 59% Core4: 38%
Core5: 0% Core6: 22% Core7: 0% Core8: 14% (usage changes from core to core randomly)

Other users said they have the same usage but with good performance and i dont know
why i am experience such a low performance. All my 8 Cores are clocking normal and
stay on maximum most of the time.

Hope you guys can help me out thanks....

Here are the Benchmarks:

But the AMD FX 8350 CPU usage ? maybe to much wodka.. i dont know which
Benchmark Scene or else they use on GAMEGPU.RU.

EDIT: Sorry, I missed the part in your post where you said you were already using the latest GeForce drivers.
