The sub-machine guns seem WAY overpowered. If I'm firing an assault rifle from a good 30+ yds out and I still get dropped by a sub, there's something up with the balancing. As an example, I'll be shooting a guy from the chest up, and he's shooting me from the chest down, yet I die first. That seems wrong. Most of the time he'll have between 1-10 health (I've literally been killed by a guy with no armor and 1 health!) The Feline x3 is the biggest perpetrator, but I've noticed it almost equally with the typhoon as well.
The predator bow.....seems to work for everyone else but me. I've been hit by arrows ***that have passed through walls and other background objects*** yet I try to kill a person point blank and they just turn and drop me like no man's business.
The LMG's are ok except for the MK .50. Ive not seen one person walk away a winner when up against one of those. It seems unfair that guys on their first playthrough are just going to get pawned the entire time, knowing they won't have access to that gun until they reboot.
As far as the 2ndary weapons go, the pistols all seem fair play except for AY69 (sub-compact automatic). First, I don't ever hear the shots coming at me, and secondly, does it seem right that if I'm shooting a submach, assault, or sniper fire point blank that the AY69 would win? And the sound issue is not because the other guy has it silenced, I'm talking in the replay cam you can hear the gun firing, but it's mute in real-time.
I hope this helps, and here's to hoping there's some balancing in the weapons and that they can find a way to fix the "magic arrows" passing through solid background objects.
