The ingame videos are freezing. I get to the point on the "post human" video just after the cell troopers neck is broken and it freezes in the extact same spot every time.

Would love to know if there's something I can change to stop this. I don't consider skipping the videos an option. I paid for the game which just happens to include the videos and expect that I should be able to enjoy the product and all it's features.

Same issue here (with very different specs: AMD fx6100 and Nvidia 660Ti).

Anyone else have a work around or suggestion?

Things I've tried.

Windowed mode.
Repair tool.
Low video settings
CVR tool (or however it works, told it to force multi gpu auto, off)

Could crossfire be a problem?

Also freezes on opening screens like the crysis EA logo. Froze on the video about the history of the ceph, froze onthe opening video of prophet. Videos froze in the exact same spot each time.

I doubt it's crossfire related. I'm running a single GTX660ti and having the exact problem you're describing.

I guess I need to see what the refund policy is. I tried changing more settings today after work and its still unplayable.

Update: Tried AMD beta drivers that have updates for Crysis 3. Still no luck.

I had this problem with farcry 3 had the videos crashing all othe time even tho I just brought a 1800￡ Alienware x51 I was not happy, I put it down to noobisoft just svck lol.

Anyway I had my video settings in game different to my desktop setting, when I put them either the same or the game lower then desktop settings
It then worked fine.

I wasn't windowed mode either I run full screen, I'm using a Samsung 27" led thing I run at 1980x1-sum thing

Not sure I understood that. You fixed it by setting the game resolution to the same as your desktop resolution?

I'm running 1920 x 1200 on both, so it can't be that -- if that's what you meant.
