My system specs are:
i5-2400k at 3.1Ghz
Nvidia GTX 560 SE
4GB of Ram, soon to be 8.
1TB HDD if that matters

How should I run this game, please be specific for like every setting. I run at 1280 by 768.

My quess is fxaa medium and system settings high, graphics high
with the 8gb ram memory. Fps hard to say but playable.
