I am playing all medium.High and very high i don't notice any difference and it just eats FPS.But anyway this is not the problem

Something is going on with the image of the game,and it tires my eyes and limits my vision somehow,very confusing

Maybe it's the overdone effects,but i'm not sure.It just doesn't feel like i can see anything in front of me

Fov 80,so not the problem.
