I've turned it off in the graphics menu, I've turned everything to do with blur off in the cVar configurator, yet every time I restart or relaunch the game it sets back on, yet when I go to the graphics settings it says off.... can someone help me please?

I have mine set to off as well, I do notice some Blurring around explosions or incoming rockets and running....Maybe Crytek designed some things with Blur??
