With the rumors of a Fallout MMO it would be good to create more DLC's for Fallout 3 and Fallout 4. After removing any threat to Democracy in Fallout 3 we were somewhat perplexed why we started again in Fallout 4 to a god forsaken desert wasteland and not allowed to rebuild a stable form of government without it being so linear. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I think that new Fallout 3 and "4" DLC's are a nice fantasy, but it will never happen. The Fallouts are done for the moment, that would be like making DLC for Oblivion.
