What do you guys think of the grendel?. Its base stats are superior to every other assault rifle but it is 3 round burst, so it can't kill as quickly as other assault rifles. I dominated with it in crysis 2 when single shot mode was an attachment (I really wish that had carried over to C3). I find it most effective at medium to semi long range obviously, but even at that range i find my self losing one on one confrontations with other assault rifles. Im curious to hear what ya'lls experience has been like with the grendel (I feel like the scar makes every other assault rifle pointless anyways but still) . Any feedback would be appreciated.

Your missing, alot. The Grendel is the superior weapon at any range, but it requires intense discipline to tame its recoil. The only time a Grendel should ever lose is:

1. You're outnumbered

2. Your shot in the back.

3. A player has a Grendel/Takedown and is better than you.

4. You're being sniped.(and even then)
