I was just wondering if there is a time limit applied for this quest, i am on another playthrough and thought maybe there was a time limit from when you activate the quest?

I have heard of people getting a "quest failed" message sometimes as they reach the hotel roof. This worries me as i dont really want to do the quest right now but i do not want to miss out on the armour.
