So I basically get the same problem that I had back on Crysis 2 campaign where I get a half a second blue screen anytime I jump or start sprinting. I still have yet to understand if it really is a feature implemented by Crytek or not since more than half the people don't experience that. Personally, it's bothering me. Anyone knows how to fix this?

I'm using overclocked GTX 670 SLI via EVGA Precision X with the latest current driver 314.07 WHQL.
I usually play with V-Sync off but also tried it turned on but no cigar.
