There is an issue with upgrading the weapons when playing in 3D, at the start when you add the silencer, i press the middle mouse button to bring up the screen but the 5 little boxes are all blank, i just remember the weapon upgrades is bottom right.

It works ok when playing normally, i had the same issue in Crysis 2 as well.

Yes same thing happens to me as well. the nanosuit menu are all just black hexagons. Mine stay like this even when i switch back to play in 2d. I'm also getting some shifting to the left or ghosting image that wont go away, see here:
