I see there are good players being kicked/banned from many servers. Most of these servers cater to the average player. There are quit a few great players in this game. There are also many new players to Crysis. When the top players of this game come into those servers (loaded with average players) they can cause problems. Players think they're hacking or cheating and will call kick votes. Admins get complaints from players and when they get several complaints on the same player, they may even ban that player.
The lack of good anti-cheat in the past and the reputation this game has as a cheater's paradise, the lack of spectate mode, broken ban system and admin monitoring tool (on release) doesn't make it easier for us admins. I know there are many good players out there and I feel for you. You want to play the game but because of your talent/skill you find yourself kicked/banned from servers. I know it's unfair but the majority of these players are average players and we need to keep them around and hope they get better.

He's my proposition:
The C3CG will enable a server for those that are most affected by these problems. Please reply with your favorite gametype, mode and any other settings you want on this server. Your location options are east coast or west coast US.
You guys will admin your own server and hopefully you can create a house of pros that players can go to and learn to better their game.
