can any one help I keep getting this error "You need a DX11 capable GPU to play Crysis3

the only thing I can think of is that I have installed it on my laptop.

Operating System: Windows 8 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2330M CPU @ 2.20GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 3980MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
DX Setup Parameters: Not found

What graphics card does you laptop have ?

You might have DirectX version up to date, but not a DX11 capable card.

That's an integrated chipset. It doesn't support DX11, and even if it did, you can't play games with it. WAYYYY too weak.

Can you link to where you purchased the laptop to see all of it's hardware specifications ?

I refuse to believe that you "only" have an integrated graphics chip.

My laptop has integrated graphics (for desktop/internet etc to save battery life) but it also has dedicated GPU (Nvidia 660m) double check what you got.

If its only the integrated intel graphics, then you are out of luck no way you can play Crysis 3 on that.

Those are DX9 games. Even if it isn't too weak, the problem remains - it doesn't support DX11.

Except all those games you mentioned are all DX9 games.

Crysis 3 is DX11 only. So chances are you won't be able to run it.

Some laptops have two GPUs, one Intel one and another, more powerful likely with DX11 support. What is the make and model of the laptop?
