Title says it all. I play 3 or 4 full matches on MP, and on the 5th the game crashes as soon as the map is done loading. Accompanying the crash is this crazy screen artifacting where I can't see anything and a frame rate of 0-2 FPS.

Anyone else have this problem? Is it caused by the patch?

GTX 590, Fans set to full blast
i7 2600k 4.4ghz
8GB RAM

Settings:
1680x1050
1xSMAA
All on Very High, shaders+particles+postprocessing on High
FPS capped to 50
