I remember reading a tooltip back in the Beta that said that you cannot be tagged when you are in stealth. I haven't seen it since then, so I'm not sure if it was changed or not, but it would make sense that you would not be able to tag someone in stealth.

This is not the case, though. It takes longer to do it, but people in stealth mode CAN be tagged. A clarification of whether or not it's supposed to be like this would be nice.
