Is it my computer bad or what? Lagg problem <

My laptop - PC: Dell Inspiron N7110 i7-2630QM 2 Ghz with turbo boost 2.9 Ghz. Graphic Card Nvidia GeForce GT 525M 2GB. Ram 4GB DDR3. I got 5 FPS or lower where is the problem?
