Quick question for the devs..

I'd like to start by apologizing if you guys have pinpointed this issue or given a way to resolve the issue because I haven't found one. But I preordered c3 for ps3 and I have had 0 issues with the campaign. I also purchased an Xbox 360 version of c3 for my little brother to be able to play except he cannot beat the game. The game freezes after you destroy the Aplha Cephs last arm and he starts to pick you up. We tried & tried & tried but have not made it 1 second beyond that point. So I called gamestop, where I purchased both games from, and told them what was going on and the manager gave me some.story about when the game was in final production a large number of copies got "messed up" (is more or less what he said) and offered to exchange the game. So we venture back to gamestop and exchange the game. He even pointed out on the disc near the outer edge there was some weird mark underneath. ANYWAY this disc is perfect but exactly the same thing is happening. I know this doesn't make sense really, but is it possible since his Xbox is not connected to the internet he doesn't have access to the required system updates?? I know new games have always included the minimum required system updates to play that game... But idk what to do anymore? Ea support is no help and gamestop already gave me a brand new game. Can I get some guidance here please?

The game has numerous bugs and glitches, you're not the first! It might be fixed in a future patch. Did you try restarting the level?

yea we've tried so many different times. And I know im not the only one, I have seen other threads on this topic for both ps3 and 360 of people having this exact issue. But yea we've tried probably 25 different times to get through it and no matter what, it freezes in exactly the same spot every time

Maybe installing the game on the HDD will solve this but I'm not so sure, just a wild guess.

maybe.. Idk tho. I'd hate to corrupt the whole HDD if the game is bugged ya know?.. Idk man but I would really appreciate some kind of feedback. Even if its "were working on it" that'd be better than ____________

It wouldn't corrupt the disk, crysis 3 would have no access to files apart from its own, and the problem is more than likely a corrupt file the game cannot access.
