My Level is stuck at 12 and no matter what I do it does NOT go up. I've have more then 100 kills and it's not reflecting any of these KILLS. My guns have stopped counting my kills. this is quite frustrating. I really like Crysis 3 but I can't say that I will keep playing it if I'm going to be at level 12 from now on.

GPU: EVGA GTX 470 3-way SLI
PSU: OCZ ZX-1000

This is gonna sound to easy but maybe u just accidentally played on a few unranked servers the last couple of matches. On those u neither get xp or weapon kill or anything really.
