lost everything after recent patch

so i booted up the game on ps3 it installed the patch then it re-intalled game data itself on my ps3 which i thought was weird.
i then went to multiplayer and ill list the issues

.my brawler skin is gone
.my brawler dog tag is gone
.my hunter dog tags are gone
.my bow skin is gone
.it wont find any games online

i payed money and pre-orederd this game for the feline and brawler skin n now iv lost all my exclusives....wtf crytek

what are you going to do about this?

boring? i am a customer i payed for a product.....i dont expect to lose part of the product i payed for. so if you have nothing constructive to say that will help please do not waist my time with a pointless unhelpful post, good day

you read this all day? my advice to you then is dont read it.....you chose to read my post so surely you can stop yourself from reading it. also get a job, that way you wont be on these forums all day reading then

its getting past the point of being nice espically when my hard earned money is being wasted.
people are rude? speak for yourself commenting on my issue with "this is getting boring" was to me rude.

Also, has the game successfully downloaded the data patch? See this thread for details on how to check: http://secure.gamesas.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=58&t=60966 If the data patch hasn't downloaded then you will be unable to play against players who have managed to patch.

How long have you left it on the searching for match screen? Does the playlist select screen show players and games in the playlist you want to play?
