i almost at the level of rebooting and i want to reboot but if i reboot i will lose all of my content? digital deluxe hunter brawler and stalker? please help me!

all the skins and dog tags?

-Ranking
-Stats
-Dog Tag Frame (not the Dog Tags itself)
-Skins
-Unlock CELL skins

What level do you start at if you reebot your suit? lvl5 or lvl1 ?
