I'm on the quest "Prophet", but I can't find the moth priest. I went to Solitude, and the carriage driver (that swindler) told me to go to Dragonbridge . I went there, and the people there told me (once again) to talk to guards, but I can't seem to find any of them. I tried unsuccessfully to use whirlwind sprint in excess so I can attract one.

Does a previous encounter with vampires in that same village, as well as with a dragon (at the same time) affect in any way the NPCs? Because two guards died in that battle (lul).

You can't find guards? Talk to the kid, he'll tell you.

South of Dragon Bridge BTW.

I talked to him, he's just amazed by my fire skills lul, I can't interact with him any more than that.

He was the only helpful person at Dragon Bridge for me.

The guards had nothing to say on the matter - could be due to finishing the civil war questline on the Stormcloak side, so now Dragon Bridge has Stormcloak soldiers? not sure though.
