Where did my dog tags go after this new patch?!? : Crysis

I have lost all of the dog tags I have collected in pages 5 and most of them in page 7. He one I'm most upset about is the dirty dozen on page 6 #1. If anyone has an answer I would be glad to hear it

This also means I have lost about half of my completion rating and I am irate about this
