skyrim mods on ps3

I found a guy who released a guide for the ps3, that makes you able to install mods on ps3. Interesting , isn't it?

But anyway, it is required for the ps3 to be hacked. So I wonder: is it legal if I post it?

Indeed, it is not allowed. If you want to use mods, play on PC.
