Quests Bugs, flying objects & Glow Table

Hi all!
I have some sugestions about Elder Scroll V: Skyrim, first, in my opnion, Bathesda creat one piece of art with this game, but, have a few problems, is almost impossible decorate one room, objects never stop in positon.
But this is not really important, really import question and critic and sugestion is about quests, sometimes we loot some quests itens ( books fragment of winterhold per ex.) first than initiate quest, and this block posterior quest, im play in PS3 , we cant insert commands to erase quest itens or cancel quest.
My sugestion is , maybe one npc to cancel quests and erase quest itens or just reboot the quest, with this objectives. Please consider this idea or somekind to fix this quests bugs, Skyrim is almost perfect, give more this to this
Oh ! pls do something about glow in enchantment table =(
Thank you ! I see you in Elder Scroll Online

On all platforms, most interior cells respawn the items outside of containers that they originally had, usually after 10 game days have gone by without you visiting the cell. If you're going to decorate, you need to work around those items, or all your work will be undone when the cell respawns its contents. Collision boxes for objects are usually bigger than the objects themselves, so you have to account for this as well with your decorating.
