Is there anyway to reset attributes ?

I was wondering.. Im using a slow level mod, and iv explored maybe 60-70% of the map so far, im level 14 and i just finished Opteration anchorage, and im at the point in the main story line where i need to go to lamp light caverns and find the Geck. Im skipping the main story again and doing some more exploring.

However i have noticed that my attributes are to high. I put to many points into sneak in the beggining of the game and after finding books, and stuff my sneak is 100 even with power armor and alcohal withdrawl lol. Is there anyway to reduce or reset my attributes or whatever they are called im not talking about strength/perception/agility ect all those are still onlyl ike 6-7-8 ect... My sneak is just way to high and it kinda svcks you know ? I wish i didnt put so many point into it, i have the chinese stealth armor now and asside from automatic cloak the 15 points for sneak seem useless now lol..

Also are there mods to allow you to repair special weapons besides from NPC's ? The highest NPC repair i could find was like 21, and guns like the lincoln rifle, and armor like the T-51B and the Medical Power armor im afriad to even use cause my ranger battle armor i can repair to near full and have more Damage resist then a NPC repaired Power Armor. I might need a mod that makes the game more difficult too, im starting to notice again at lvl 14 that i have too much ammunition to many caps, and its becoming easier to kill things. I still have another 16 lvl's to go too lol.

You can fix it with the console: player.setav sneak YOURAMMOUNT

FWE has a ton of repair items, maybe you want to take a look at it.

I would recommend using modav instead of setav, as changes made by setav cannot be undone.

If you go to Canterbury Commons and do the quest there, you'll have an option to invest in all the wandering traders in the game. That will put their repair ability up to 70, the highest of any NPC in the game.
