No Steam, no revenue from my side

I have never been complaining about "overprized" games on steam. Others might be using VPN and all that stuff to buy games cheaper or simply compare prizes at numerous shops to save a few bucks. I really do not care about that.

But I will not create numerous accounts here and there, install dedicated software etc. anymore. Did it for Diablo 3 but will not do that for any other games anymore. Done with that.

So, dear Crytek/EA - if you want to sell games, feed the usual channels like Steam as well or you won't get money from me. I'd love to play Crysis 3 but if you stick to your own/EA dedicated solution I will/must give it a pass.

Regards

E

EA has made origin to compete with steam in the digital market, unless origin gets shutdown, we will no longer see the big title games published by EA on steam.

Not gonna happen. You're just short changing yourself. Might wanna get used to digital distribution competition (this is coming from someone with a **** of games on steam).

Crytek are stupid or they got paid a lot of money for Crysis to be Origin only. Crytek are EA's bich.

It's funny cause I know Left 4 Dead 2 and Portal 2 can be found on Origin.

Whatever, I have origin and steam. It is not like they break each others performance or take a lot of space. If you are to lazy to install Origin, to purchase a game you like, it is completely your problem.

The point is that there is no reason for Crysis 3 not to be on Steam, EA don't sell 2 and 3 on there because they want exclusive rights on Origin which is a bad thing. Crysis 1 and Warhead are on Steam, EA just want a monopoly on their games and more margins.

Origin is just a carbon copy of Steam with no benefits, even the UI and features are almost identical.

Crysis 2 Maximum Edition is still on Steam as well. Also I'm not sure how you think the Origin UI looks anything like Steam's. Than again my Steam is using a custom skin.

Otherwise I pretty much agree with your post

No talking about the skin, I'm talking about the UI design, chat, in-game UI, Zoom view, features are just the same as Steam, the only different is that Origin is white and orange. lol
