Chances are -since there was no announcement of any physical release of the add-ons- the box simply contains a card with a redemption code to get Dragonborn off of Steam.

There won't be any extra stuff.

May as well get it off straight off Steam. You get it quicker and theres less chance of ending up with a code that's already been used.
