Monologue On Click

I have five lines of dialogue I want an NPC to say to the player without the player getting a greeting and then the NPC having to talk and without the player having to say goodbye at the end. Right now I just want to get that part working and do some scripting in the future. In any case, the NPC will have dialogue for the player later on in the game at which point they will need a greeting and such, so I wasn't sure if just adding it as a greeting would work or cause problems. I looked at making it a triggered thing so when the player enters a certain point the NPC comes up and start talking immediately(Similar to the NCR guard at the entrance to Primm), but I want to avoid that option if possible. I'm trying to get the first part working so I can test out the lip sync I've created.

I figure for the goodbye I can just mark the last line of dialogue with the goodbye checkmark, just not sure how to get around the greeting part.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Here is my eventual end goal once I get the first part working: Script to make the NPC talk all their lines to the Player, no greeting or goodbye, script then has the player open a nearby door and walk through it, pausing as another door at the end of the hall opens and then he continues walking through at which point that door closes and locks and the player re-gains control of the character.
