AMD Beta 7 awfully unstable

As a Crossfire user it crashes (DXGI REMOVED, most of the AMD guys here know it) every time, highly recommend keeping up with Beta 6 until Beta 8 gets out :)

I've had the crashes since beta3 man, or beta2.

I am having crashes in the first Crysis when using Full Screen with these drivers (HD 6970). However my brother, who has an HD 7970, reports a massive performance increase in Crysis 3.

My personal recommendation is to try them out yourself and roll back to previous drivers if you encounter any new issues.

Beta 6 was the most stable man...

Is he running a Bulldozer CPU? Anyway, I have a CFX, and AMD isn't the best comany in keepin' it stable

Yes, he's running a Bulldozer CPU. FX-8150, in particular.

As for CFX, I don't know about TRUE CFX (several actual cards), but at least in MultiGPU, AMD has been far better than nVidia for me. HD5970 still going strong and stable, GTX295 has a trillion issues.

I'm on a single 7970 so can't report on the CFX problems, but Beta 7 has been awesome for me. Fixes some bugs I had with my game library that cropped up on Beta 6.

Well as far as I been told these CPUs are beast in Crysis 3, and because the game has been updated lately to optimize it to the CPUs even further, that's a part of my assumption.
Anyway I got in an hour 3-4 crashes while in Beta 6 I got one in a day
