Nordic Armor and Weapons : V

It's says on the Skyrim Wiki that you can craft it at forges' .......

well I went to go make me a couple daggers and there's nothing there...

Is it like the Nord Hero weapons and armor where I have to do certain things or join a faction to get it?

You need the Advanced Armors Perk, its on the left side of the Smithing tree.

I went up the right side if the tree. I have no perks. So yeah......

I agree. But I really like the Nordic sword, daggers, bow.

Can't I trade in certain perk trees to get perks back?
