Did you check your load order with BOSS? The two mods should not be conflicting. The Vamp mod is essentially a texture replacer while Predator Vision changes in-game lighting effects. If Predator Vision isn't working, look at conflicts with any other lighting mods. If the Vamp mod isn't working, look at its placement relative to other texture mods.
