Skyrim freezes on alchemy tables, animals and merchants

Hey all,

I recently started playing Skyrim again after Dragonborn came out and it was just as much fun as ever. Now however I keep having the same problem. The game keeps freezing a few seconds after I open a container, trade with a merchant, loot an animal corpse (just animals, everything else can be looted just fine) or when I use an alchemy lab (forges and enchanters can be used normally). Whenever it happens I keep hearing the game music, but I can't exit the container/merchant and I have to use Ctrl+Alt+Del to exit the game.

My PC was able to run Skyrim perfectly for many months. This is more or less how my PC looks like (some of it is in Dutch, but I think you can figure out what they all mean)

600 Watt Cooler Master voeding, AMD Zambezi FX-6100, SixCore, Standard cooler, Asus M5A78L-M/USB3, 7.1 soundcard, 8GB DDR3 memory Corsair, 1000 GB SataIII HD, DVD Brander Optical Disc Drive, AMD Radeon 7770 1GB, 51-in-1 Cardreader, 1Gbit netwerkkaart, Windows 8 Home Premium 64Bit

Things I have tried to fix this:
I have installed all the latest patches
Veryfied the integrity of the game cache in steam ( it keeps saying 1 file could not be validated and has to be retrieved, but it never seems tot do so)
Re-installing the game
Uninstalling the DLC (Dawnguard, Hearthfire, Dragonborn, High res texture packs (3 of them) (even though it ran just fine for a couple of weeks with them installed)
I have no mods, but installed the unofficial Skyrim patches after this problem started.
I lowered the graphical settings, but this did not help.
I installed no other programs in the period this problem came up
I have just one character. I deleted older saves a while ago. The savegame is relatively new (twenty-thirty hours in) and I have just three manual saves, three autosaves and a quicksave.

Other things:
The containers I tried to use where all empty or had just a few (no more then five) items in them.
It can happen on any merchant, any animal looted (mostly wolves and bears) and any alchemy lab.

Can anyone here think of a way to fix this? I feel like I tried most of the more common solutions, but I don't know much about computers and fixing this kind of thing. Any help would be appreciated!
