Sunderstone gorge

Did anyone find this location challenging? I went through a lot of health potions and my only resist fire potion when fighting those fire mages. At the end(near the word wall) I even died an had to retry. And to give you an Idea of what's hard, I beat Krosis first try, no dying. But these guys gave me a run for my money. By the way, I went in at level 40. I also think its appropriate that they have a word for the fire breath shout in there. For me it was the final word, and a good challenge for it. The other stuffs difficulty is good though.

First time yes I did, died about 4 times - thank god for the quick save

Second time I took my time and went at it piece meal, with as much stealth as possible - didn't die once, never touched a potion but did go up a point or two in Restoration.

It's difficult if you're a warrior with no magical resistance.

I went in there a while back with the Atronach Stone...I made a joke out of those mages.

My last run with the Necromancer went smoothly.

As soon as i alerted the last group of fire mages, one got himself creamed right away by the swinging-door-full-of-spikes trap. So i ressed her and together we rushed the other two and made rather quick work of them (my Necro has ice spike but is also quite handy with 1h maces).

Anyway yeah, that place can be a real mess if you're a 'physical' character.
