Ok this my sound very wierd and stupid but listen, before this my game run
on very high expects shading on high and shadows on medium at 1080p
with 55 fps average and terrible frame drops to 30 fps..worst is first mission
i got hd 7970 overclocked to 1150mhz and i5 760 oc to 4,2 ghz....
So what you must do is start any level with everything on low in advanced
optons.when level starts just change the settings on high or very high and
BUMMM 15-20 fps increase ..UNBELIEVABLE..now my game runs on same
settings at 70 fps average, min 60 in worst situations an max 120,it runs
like butter..GUYS try this and and post you increase.

I'M NOT JOKING.

Doing this you disable a lot of dynamic shadows. Almost every dynamic light has a propierty "cast shadow" that is enabled only for High and VeryHigh graphics quality. If you load a level in low, all dynamic lights will have "cast Shadow" on false and changing graphics after load a level don't change that propierty.
