Being a vampiric lord. AGAIN?

If I cure my vampirism (to change my aspect with the face sculptor), can I be a vampiric lord again, later?

Yes, and you will keep any perks unlocked after becoming one again.

I am almost certain you can if you do it right without messing up. As trying to kill Serena or another main character of DawnGuard.

Yes. Be careful if you do it while being a Werewolf. Apparently, you can only be one twice.
