Legendary, Mage, Damage, Scale?

Legendary, Mage, Damage, Scale? Uhm.
Some people complain about the Destruction damage when they play on highest difficulty settings.
They say they have to chug potions or "abuse" enchanting or mods.

So how will this go on Legendary setting that is coming so I read? :o

Not well. Bethesda apparently can't be assed to actually take 5 minutes to fix Destruction, but have no problem with adding in another difficulty that's gonna be nothing different in comparison to the others. Oh boy, now I'll take 500% damage from enemies and do 0.10% of damage to them because taking an hour to kill a bandit chief is FUN and TOUGH! It's as lazy as lazy gets and I can't see how anybody is excited for it. (those probably aren't the exact statistics, I'm just ranting because I find it dumb.)

And yes, 5 minutes is literally how long it took me to balance destruction in my game. All I had to do was add 4 entries into each augment element perk instead of 2 and added in a custom Amplify Destruction enchantment. Bam, suddenly viable in high difficulties and late levels. Obviously Beth could do better than me if they wanted but this system works fine, it just bothers me they refuse to even acknowledge how bad Destruction is.

Being a pure mage on legendary is gonna be hilarious, maybe not at low levels, but I'm gonna guess around the level 25-30 mark since it becomes near-worthless on Adept at level 55-60+. I do appreciate Bethesda is still supporting their game after all this time (really, I love Bethesda as a whole) and the bug-fixes sound great, but this new "difficulty" and prestige-your-skills system just sounds stupid.
