Each time I get back to Whiterun, it appears falling from the sky the lifeless body of a Green Dragon, ending in ridiculous places! How can I solve this? It′s very, very annoying... Any help?

Bring up the console, click on the dragon, markfordelete. Exit and renter the cell.
That should do it.
