Even in the load screens at first they look normal then all the detail goes muddy and crappy. Same with textures on the ground and my character, its really jarring. All the textures look like shiny paint. A fresh re load helps sometimes but then it just goes back. This was not happening before dawnguard and only started happening after I turned into a werewolf in the dawnguard DLC.
