Description of the Legendary feature

So when a skill hits level 100 it can be made legendary. This means it is reset to level 15 but you keep your overall character level and magicka, health and stamina points and you get the perk points back with that skill. There is only one reason you would want to do this and this is to get the perks to complete other skill trees but not without a cost. The cost is you will have to relearn the perks of that skill but it is going to take longer as well.

So this is for players who want to max their levels. Some may not be interested in this but you don't have to use this feature. It is a completely optional decision for the player.

I am definitely looking forward to this because I would always plan what perks i need to spend to get what i want. But now i don't have to! :D

Though it will take longer to level those skills to get a perk, it will be easier with the amount of magicka, health and stamina you have and what kind of weapon you have as well.

So i am pretty excited for this.

And, the XP bar requirement increases per lvl up??? I thought skill values that went towards your lvl up bar stayed the same through out levels?

So lets say a 100 in sneak gets you to lvl 22. When you make it legendary the sneak requirements per skill lvl increase, giving you slower progression towards the total lvl bar, meaning the second run yields only 20 levels???
