Can somebody explain when i have to use BSA flags

question is about "Misc" and "Tree" category.

And how its works at all? skyrim looking for texture for example, so he starting looking into BSA's whith "Textures" flag and ignore BSA's that havent ?

what category for *.bto, *.btr? "meshes" and "trees"? or only "meshes"?

for example i want put all worldspace files to standalone BSA. (and make few versons from lowres to hires for example), so what flags i have to check?

Generally you check all but the top two on the right, and bottom left two. Depending on what you're including.

"Tree" means the special tree objects. The game handles tree's in their own special little system, so those must be marked differently. ALL LOD counts simply as 'meshes' or 'textures'. Sounds are for SFX, and Voices for dialogue, of course. Fonts, Shaders, adn Menu are all pretty self explanatory, and very very few mods will ever need to check these.
