FCOM compatible vampire mods

Hey what's going on, I'm using uFcom fully updated as of a month ago. I've been playing off and on, and I'm wondering if anyone knows of a stable, compatible mod I could use without conflict with FCOM. Trying Eserelda's vampirism now.. seems whenever I try to sleep after Vincent offers "dark gift" game crashes.. BOSS didn't advise on load order, so I put it two from BASH.. Any help would be super duper welcome. thanks peeps.

Hey Webrunner, thanks man. But is that just for NPCs and not player? I'm looking for a vampirism mod that overhauls player, or If someone in the 1337 world of loading order could instruct as where to place http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4083.

About the Fcom conflict page, yea, it says most player overhauls shouldn't effect with the exception of a few NPC vamp changers. Indubitably it's a load order conflict. I'm BOSS-dependent lol

You can either join House Serentin as a vampire or join the Vampire Hunters Guild to hunt them down. It adds new spells/items etc. I've never played as a vampire so not sure about how it is from that perspective, but it makes vamps much more challenging with new neat spells etc.

EDIT: BTW, "anecdotal" basically means something based on hearsay, so I guess you don't want anectdotal only. ;)

Hm, it was a long time ago I played it and I didn't play as a vampire. Hopefully someone else can give more info. As for load order, check what BOSS says.

well in this case, I think the evidence indicates that I, in fact, said anecdotal and not your courtroom 'anecdotal evidence" jargon. Substatiation: see topic description. And, I have on fairly reliable authority that you just created that wikipedia page in attempts of misleading this affair. That of course would merely be anecdotal evidence and therefore totally inadmissible. You see what I did there? eh? eh?! anyone?

Anyway, thanks for the assistance, I was reading a forum on tesnexus which said to move it after bash, we'll see what happens lol

Hey, Arkngt, I was wondering if you knew anything about Fcom's integration of Realswords, specifically Kajhiit. The realswords readme says to go to borderwatch, but when I go with fcom realswords esp /bash enabled tavern cat doesn't sell swords and no display cases. i'm using only the fcom esp for realswords as BOSS suggests. when I enable realswords kajhiit HI (not integrated into fcom), disable fcom, I see the display cases but tavern cat still won't sell... I'm both perplexed and saddened lol

I have played AlienSlof's Aundae in Cyrodiil mod, Terran Vampires Beta, ParasiteX's Vampire Mod, and Nekhanimal's Awesome Vampire Mod with Oscuro's. The only conflicts I ever found were those affecting the Human Blood potions - OOO changes that item. Besides that I have never had any compatibility issues. Maybe the problem is on your side, not with the mods themselves?

Incidentally, while the definition of the word may not explicitly state that it is dubious, it's often used that way. Not that it matters, everyone understands what you mean.

lol thanks man, yea, I'm pretty sure it was a load order thing. I moved it after bash, and once I get back to darkbrotherhood complex, i'm going to try becoming vamp again. I hope arkkgt tells me how to buy real swords using fcom, or if they only drop randomly.. we'll see lol

As an OOO & MMM user I want to keep those changes to vampires, but think I want a mod to make being a Vampire a better experience. Basically, despite nearly 4yrs Oblivion playing I've never played as a vampire, so have no idea about which aspect of vanilla vampirism I won't like.

from what I understand one of the major differences between vanilla and modded vampirism is that vanilla, the more you feed, the stronger you get; with at least the esmerelda's mod and several others, the less you feed, the stronger you get, but also increases negative effects. i.e. sun damage, persuasion damage, guards occassionally attack in full-unfed vamp mode. Done some more digging/reading, Basically The Vampire Experience is still WIP, and there's a thread on this forum about it. One to watch me thinks...
LTD-Vampire overhaul is MASSIVELY popular with ~111 endorsemant, but a few people report problems with the animations and alternate forms, so a little buggy maybe.
El`derina 's Vampirism look quite similar (both the above are based on an older mod) but only has a few endorsments, but this may be because it's last updates are much newer. I really can't decide which to use
