Is there a mod that fixes the NPC sleep cycle. Some go to bed far to late like 4-5-6am and others never seem to goto bed, makes thieving and killing a little bit of a pain.

The unofficial patches fix quite a few actors' schedules. However, Bethasda clearly meant some actors to stay up all night.
