I pre-ordered and pre-loaded Crysis 3 Digital Deluxe edition. Prior to today it was available in my games list but grayed out. Today when I went to go play the game its nowhere to be found in my games list....

I have Crysis 1 and 2 visible that came with the DDE, and the Crysis 3 soundtrack, but not the actual game I bought. Restarted origin a few times, nothing. :/ Been trying to contact EA customer support, not really getting through...

Same issue here. I actually downloaded, installed and activated Crysis 3. Even launched the game and got it set up. Came back to play and it is gone from Origin and I can't play.

Currently waiting in the live chat support queue.

Ya it is and I am saying that to the Live rep too. I've had nothing but problems with it since I got it. If they want to compete with Steam they have a LOT of work to do...

I preloaded Crysis 3 Hunter edition several days ago and it showed in origin list and on desktop. Now Crysis 1 is the only game that is showing in games list. I clicked on the crysis 3 desktop icon to launch game and it asks to enter product code. I found and entered the code again, but origin says it's already in use. I can't play the game. What going on here? Origin Live chat wait time..... 105-110 minutes!

this is not good hmmmm. i thought steam had problems with product codes.

This is a ridiculous issue, I played a few hours earlier and now, the game has disappeared from my games list...

At least you guys got to play, I can't even install it. I got a physical copy, went to install it, it took my activation code, recognized it, activated it, then spat some error at me. Now it's not in my games list, it's saying the code has already been used if I try to go through the install process again, and I have no way of installing it let alone launching it. Basically, Origin ate my code and gave me nothing to show for it.

Just when I was starting to think Origin wasn't that bad, it pulls this. EA either needs to start making a service that works properly, or just stop trying and get back to Steam. I cannot ever remember Steam "eating" a game code before, or suddenly having my game disappear from my list after one use.

You guys that had the icon before, is it completely gone or just labeled "Sountrack" now?
