Is there any way to make/mod the mouse ADS/zoom sensitivity to be proportional to your FOV?

I find it harder to aim when zoomed in because the DPI is higher when you're zoomed in. When your zoom is 2x, it should take 2x the movement of your mouse to aim across an object as when you're not.

(It's not the same as mouse acceleration I've disabled that everywhere)
